Elbow-Toe is a Brooklyn, New York based artist that mainly works with woodcut, stencils, and large scale charcoal drawings which he uses to study “human gesture as communication” after which he then “utilizes public spaces
as stages for private moments”.  Even though his work is very reminiscent of Swoon because of the similarity of the medium with which they choose to work with, I still think that the ideas Elbow-Toe explores are unique to him which makes for exciting art.
