Mark Andrew Webber

I came across this linocut map of Paris by Mark Andrew Webber and was just amazed at the amount of detail and work put into it.  I don’t know much about woodblock carvings or rubber stamp making and print making in general but this is really motivating me to look more into it and maybe try it for myself.

Anna Kharina

Portraits from Anna Kharina out of Saint-Petersburg, Russia.  There is something about how she is able to capture the subject’s eyes that I really enjoy.

Rik Lee

Rik Lee is from Melbourne, Australia and I think his work is great.  I really like how he is able to seamlessly incorporate all the different elements into one cohesive piece.  Check out his blog for more or even go to his shop and buy a print.

Mark Weaver

Cool work from Mark Weaver, here is just a selection of some of his spaceman stuff but the rest if his work is really good too so check it out. And if you have about fifty bones to invest in some art go over here and buy your very own Mark Weaver print!

Still on the Bon Iver train

Bon Iver singing “For Emma” a cappella, the guy has the voice of an angel.  If you sounded this good in a hallway I wouldn’t be able to stop listening to you either.
