“Is This It” voted album of the decade

I recently came across this article from CNN in which they state that The Strokes debut album “Is This It” was voted the best album of the decade.  The album is pretty great but I do not know if I agree, I personally have enjoyed the Brand New sophomore album “Deja Entendu” a whole lot more than “Is This It”.  I’m curious to know what other albums people consider the best of the decade (2000-2009).
